Getting started
- Open Case and tap + to add your first lens (photo recommended).
- Tap Log on Glass or Journal to record a shoot with scene tags and a sample photo.
- Use Glass to see your mounted lens and this week’s film strip.
- Open Me for wallet, mount tags, exports, and dust reminders.
Frequently asked questions
- Is my data backed up to the cloud?
- No. Zntkor stores data locally on your device. If you delete the app or use Clear All Data, your collection is removed from that device. Export PDFs from Case or Journal if you want a backup copy.
- What are Zntkor Coins?
- Zntkor Coins are virtual currency for optional features such as exporting your lens case PDF (15 coins), saving an HD lens card (20 coins), or exporting shoot/journal PDFs. New users start with 70 coins. Additional coins can be purchased in the Wallet. Coins are consumable and tied to your device.
- My purchase didn’t add coins
- Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase and that in-app purchases are allowed on your device. Force-quit and reopen Zntkor. If coins still don’t appear, contact support@zntkor.app with your App Store receipt.
- How do dust check reminders work?
- In Me → Dust Check Reminders, enable notifications and set how many days can pass without a shoot or dust clean. Each lens gets its own scheduled local notification. The screen shows the exact planned time. Background the app to receive alerts — they will not show as banners while you are actively using Zntkor.
- Why don’t I see the tracking permission dialog again?
- iOS only shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt once per install. To reset it, delete and reinstall the app, or reset privacy settings on your device under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- How do I mount a lens on Glass?
- Open a lens in Case, then use Mount on Body on the lens detail page, or swipe a lens row in Case and tap Mount. Only one lens is mounted at a time.
